Anybody here at VOG get into Fantasy Football? I get a vibe from a few VOG shows that American football and even sports in general aren't very well received here, but having played a couple seasons of Fantasy Football in the past, it definitely has a geek/gamer element to it and it can make the games fun to follow.

And only a tiny bit of that love is because I'm paid by one of the teams.

I do know there are a few people in the chat community that are into FF, but I don't know if they already have their own leagues set up or not...

I take it the team that pays you would be the Falcons? How are they expected to do this year? Everyone over here is buzzing about the 49ers possibly winning it all.

Yeah, I'm a part of the gameday entertainment for the Falcons.

We're so used to making it to the playoffs and then choking in Atlanta (in all sports) so we typically don't have high expectations. But, the NFC South is hurting with all the Saints allegations, so I'm hoping Cam takes another year to develop and that the Bucs continue being Bucs. And then hopefully our offense can get into the endzone during the playoffs at least once...Preferably twice or three times, or more than the other team at least...

Awesome that you get to work for the Falcons. I've always had a soft spot for them since they were my team of choice in Madden 04 thanks to Vick having crazy stats.

I've never played Fantasy football on ESPN, just Yahoo. Do they run a good game?
