I mean, I am (or was) with Blackwolf on the "Wait for the thing to be released to buy it". Pretty much because we didn't know how it would turn out or how well it would perform.
But I agree with LOKI and Rob. The Wii U was launched and it wasn't finished either. And even then, consoles like the 360 and PS3 received mayor updates to their UI and were constantly getting better. Also, it hasn't been released officially to the general public, so they still have time to fix the problems that the console has. I also agree with Rob's statement of "What were you expecting for $99usd?!". Seriously, not even the most up to date phones with Android cost that. And like he said, 360 and PS3 controllers cost around half of what the Ouya costs.
If the price of the Ouya were higher, now people would be truly angry. But it isn't and it still has room for improvement in the next few months, so that helps. Though yeah, $99usd for a Beta does seem too much.
So yeah, just wait for the Ouya to be OFFICIALLY released and then make a true judgement on whether the console is worth those 99usd or not.
