Epic vs Apple
A lot of misinformation from news outlets. With so many conflicting statements/headlines decided to read the court document myself.
If I read/understood everything correctly;
Apple able to defend themselves against everything with exception of Anti-Steering rules which violate California Unfair Competition Law. Which they now must follow since they are stationed in CA (their contract governed by CA law). Thus, having to change their terms of service for app developers
Epic still has Fortnite banned on iOS, and must pay the 30% earned from when they were using their own storefront on iOS
