Xbox Series S announced. Disign wise, looks like Xbox One S, but cut in half(?) and have Black fan cover instead of off-white.

Specs is a bit odd. Xbox Series S has 4 teraflops compared to Xbox Series X 12.15 teraflops, and Xbox One X 6 teraflops. Granted CPU and memory are different from Series X line vs One X line.

Launch 1X has 1.4 teraflops, and wondering if MS can uphold the promise of Xbox Series games running smoothly for new releases for 2 years.

Xbox Series S looks good at $299, but the value proposition is not there if you're invested long term seeing both Series X and S comes in 1TB storage and has proprietry SDD expansion port. Then again, some people have price sensibilities due to current global situtation.
Compared to PS5, Sony looks like they're competing Xbox Series X with both models being the same with/without disc drive.

Summery
Xbox Series X $499 12.5 teraflops
Xbox Series S $299 4 teraflops
Xbox One X ~$400 (with bundled games) 6 teraflops

Congrats on first platinum.

Also got platinum on P5R. Easier to obtain than vanilla P5. Most trophies come naturally, had to look up how to do 1 or 2. Great game, definitely a GOTY contender

I feel like the Flight Simulator live weather behavior might be a deliberate game design decision. You mentioned that if the player intentionally sets up, say, a hurricane, it will react realistically, but live weather does not affect gameplay. I feel like some folks may enjoy having live weather turned on for simply aesthetic purposes, without it impacting their gameplay, and maybe that's Microsoft's thinking here. But I feel that it ought to be a setting that can be turned on or off.
