Saw two conference so far, Google stadia and EA. Bad start in my opinion... Then again, been to many E3s so hype level is not what it used to be.
Google Stadia is basically Onlive (with no exclusives). Disappointed that you must purchase the subscription and game also. Hoping for it to be the Netflix of games
Add to that 1TB if data for 65hours game play in 4k. Which for hardcore gamers won't last a week with data caps
Google says ISP will increase data caps "because they're Google". Which I doubt, better off lobbying to bring back net neutrality
EA had an unconventional format. Nice that they divide each game presentation into 30min segments. Was only interested in one (star wars fallen order) so skipped the rest (battlefield v, Apex legend, Sims, FIFA 20).
Fallen order looks like uncharted/tomb raider with starwars skin from the 15min demo
Think EA abandoned anthmn due to horrible launch and no roadmap for future content
Hopefully E3 had a false start and MS will blow all other conferences out of the water
