- Ironclad Games announced that the trademark dispute by Rebellion Developments over Sins Of A Solar Empire: Rebellion has been dismissed, setting a legal precedent.
- Head of Xbox Phil Spencer told our friends at Gamertag Radio that the Xbox One Family Sharing plan is "still on the roadmap."
- We have an interview with Daniel Spolar, president of Project Pinball, which is a charity aimed at delivering and maintaining pinball machines in children's hospitals.

- I too was interested in the family sharing plan and other features that Microsoft spoke about when the Xbox One was announced. I feel that a lot of that potential features were lost in the chaos when people heard "Always on connection required". I would still like Microsoft to implement some of those features in the future, but I guess there would need to be a middle ground established between the "always connected" side and "offline" side.
- Project Pinball sounds like a really amazing charity. Pinball is something that everyone can enjoy in some way. In fact, my family has a table that we might potentially donate if they decide to go that route.
