Using voice recognition for censorship outside of the game is where the line gets a little fuzzy. Especially if you take into account games like Battlefield 4 where what the player is saying may pale in comparison to the dialogue spoken by in-game characters.
Online portals to game content, whether it be Playroom integration in Twitch or Microsoft's Upload Studio, need to figure out what the "rules" actually are before these things go live.
