Kara no Shojo was a great adult horror detective story that also had a prequel with Catagra. The last story ended with the disappearance of Toko, who became important to Reiji. While this game is technically a sequel, it has a story that's largely disconnected from resolving that plotline. It might possibly be due to the fact that answering that question wouldn't take long, and the writers needed a large enough story to draw readers in. Which is why the the story’s focus is on how awful traditions can turn people who devote themselves into monsters, and enchain those who are caught in the middle. Thankfully the story is still good enough on it's own to justify it's existence. Even if there are pacing issues.

For the first time since probably Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, there exists the very real possibility that a Star Wars-related film would end with the bad guys slaughtering the good guys. No one would survive this. And that fact adds a sense of urgency to the proceedings that wasn't really present in the original trilogy films.

While the West never got Grand Knight's History for the PSP due to Vanillaware not having the manpower to devote resources to it, Spike Chunsoft has a development team based on some of the staff from the production of that game working on this new game. Grand Kingdom is very much something of a successor to that game, and luckily NISA has localized it. And it's a pretty good experience for the RP gamer.

This film is, quite frankly, a giant mess. This isn't one whole story about a team of superpowered individuals like The Avengers was, but rather a collection of short stories about a mismatched group of criminals and society misfits.

Captain Kirk and his crew must battle merely to survive, let alone thwart an impending attack on the Federation, and doing so means facing up to their fears, their pasts, their legacies and the very ideals that have taken them to the final frontier.

While the rest of the world waits for Season Three of The Walking Dead game series, Telltale Games wanted to do an experiment with a three episode mini-series featuring Michonne from the comic series. The end result tries to give the player insight to this character, but its does very little with the limited amount of time it has to do so. This ultimately makes for a weaker experience.

While Atlus and Sega have their own visual novel character fighting game, It was only a matter of time before Nitroplus characters would get their own. Much like those other games, it also proves that you don't need to know these properties to give someone a beat down and have a good time.

While Rodea was originally planned as a Wii game, numerous delays almost saw the project canceled. Years later the game finally released on the 3DS and Wii U, but it had undergone many changes, many of which were either negative or just plain unnecessary. Chalk up another title to those that become worse due to publisher meddling, because Rodea the Sky Soldier is one such game, with the 3DS version being the worst of it.

As with any film with the tremendous cultural expectations and setting the tone for a revival of a beloved franchise, imperfections will become glaring, even when a reasonable perspective is applied. The bottom line is that this is about as strong a return to the Star Wars universe as one could expect, and it’s going to be a long wait until Episode VIII!

Sekai Project has expanded the number of genres it's covering with this RPG release. Made with RPG Maker, the game uses scripts to enhance the experience to make for a more interesting game. But the limitations of the base engine reveal themselves, as the game has some shortcomings.
