When looking at the release date for Anthem, it seems the date changes based on several different access programs. Is this the new standard for game releases? Fortnite is one of the biggest games out there right now, but it's made it a target for lawsuits including ones this week involving pop culture dances available for sale in the game. At what point are things parody, or creative works stolen for profits? Why is this being targeted now when games like World of Warcraft have had pop culture dances in them for some time? Fallout 76 continues to get negative feedback from folks on the internet this week, and this time a lot of the focus has to do with a bag promised in the collectors edition which changed materials from canvas to nylon. This didn't stop social media influencers from getting a canvas version of the bag though. We dig into this icky predicament and wonder what Bethesda can do to make this right. Then we get into the gaming news of the week which includes Nintendo making a big change on a controversial broadcasting and media sharing policy of theirs.
