Ok, this is th situation: As of last night, I am having an issoe on the Zune software (PC) that I can't seem to resolve. I have bought 2 videos South Park (S10, E8 - Make Love, Not Warcraft) & an episode of Red vs Blue (S1, E12). When I try to download them, The South Park episode gets to 80% then fails, while the RvB episode fails virtually instantly. In both cases, I get the error code C00d12AC (80190190). Sofar I've tried the following: Uninstall & reinstall Zune, running Zune in Administor mode, using the troubleshooting function that's accessed from the Start mnu, compatablity mode, etc. I'm at a loss here. Any clues as how to proceed? |
