As for Donal Logue's portrayal as Harvey Bullock I realize he doesn't quite match with incarnations in other mediums but my wife and I are enjoying his performance none the less. As natives to Staten Island we find a certain meta joy in Donal's involvement in Gotham because his previous show. 'Grounded for Life' was set on Staten Island which is also where Gotham films part of the show. Bayley Seton Hospital is being used as the location for Arkham Asylum and even funnier is that Bayley Seton is partially shut down right now except for it's psyche ward.

Oh and just for a little more Staten meta I know you guys like 'Sleepy Hallow.' Well Washington Irving based the character of Ichabod Crane on two real people school teacher Jesse Merwin and Colonel Ichabod Crane of Staten Island. If you're ever in the area, Colonel Crane is buried on Staten Island, you should stop by and pay your respects to a man who was a hero both in fact and fiction.
